Full professor of Epidemiology, Preventive Medicine, and Public Health, she has worked as a health inspector for the Consellería de Salud and has been a professor in several health bachelor’s degree and graduate degree programs at Universidad Europea de Valencia. Her field of scientific research focuses on preventing chronic conditions and the relationship between these conditions and the sciences of nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics as well as lifestyle. A Doctor of Medicine specializing in Public Health, in her classes she promotes an interest for applying lessons learned and best professional practices to improving patients’ individual and collective health. In her free time, she plays several sports and loves to travel.
